Little Moo Baby Returns Policy

At Little Moo Baby we pride ourselves on offering top quality products along with outstanding customer service.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be aware that we do not cover return shipping costs, you will be responsible for the postage. Additionally, items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-4 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and it appear on your account.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item and, once the return is approved, placing a separate order for the new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect item. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, custom products (including special orders or personalised items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
