Do you have a shop?
We don't have a physical shop, however we exhibit at local craft fairs and pop-up at markets in and around Worcestershire. Check out our Events page to find us at an event near you.
Are your items true to size?
Yes, our items are generally true to size. If your little one is between sizes or you prefer a looser fit, sizing up can be a good option. If you have any specific questions about a particular item, feel free to reach out to us – we’re happy to help!
How long will my delivery take?
All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of placing your order. If you need the item more urgently, please contact us and we will accommodate wherever we can. Please see our Delivery page for more information.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. For more information please see our Returns Policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I haven't received my tracking number, what should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folders, tracking emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, please reach out to us using the contact form and we’ll be happy to help track it down for you.
